Peanut Butter and Honey No Bake Granola Bars

A simple and nutritious option for your next sweet tooth. You can never go wrong with a No Bake cookie!
Ingredients
  • ½ cup Honey
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ½ teaspoon Sea salt
  • 2 cups Oatmeal
Instructions
  1. Line a bread loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. Measure oats into a medium size bowl.
  3. In a small saucepan bring honey to boil over medium heat.
  4. Boil for 1 minute.
  5. Add the peanut butter and salt.
  6. Stir until smooth.
  7. Immediately pour warm mixture over the oats.
  8. Working quickly, combine peanut butter mixture and oats.
  9. Transfer mixture to parchment limned pan and press flat.
  10. Let cool and cut into desired pieces.
  11. Shelf life: Room temp -2 weeks, Fridge: 4 weeks, Freezer: 6 months.
