Crepe Cream Filling
 
Ingredients
  • 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup jam (optional)
  • 2 packages (3.4 oz.) white chocolate instant pudding
  • 3 cups milk
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream, whipped
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, jam (if you want a flavored filling), and vanilla until fluffy.
  2. In a second bowl, mix 3 cups milk and the white chocolate instant pudding and let sit until set.
  3. In a third bowl, beat the whipped cream to stiff peaks.
  4. Whisk the pudding into the cream cheese mixture and then fold in the whipped cream.
  5. Pipe liberally onto crepes, layer on small slices of cheesecake, brownies as preferred. Roll up or fold the filled crepe. Top with whipped cream and condiments of choice (additional fruit, cookie crumbs, coconut crunch, etc.). Serve plain or drizzle with chocolate, caramel, or other sauce warmed slightly in the microwave.
