Banana Peanut Butter Milkshake (Lactose Free!)

You won't miss ice cream with this yummy frozen treat.
Ingredients
  • 3 ripe bananas broken into 1 inch chunks and frozen (at least 3-4 hours, but you can stock up ahead of time when a banana gets over ripe by peeling them and freezing them in advance. They are great for Frozen Smoothies of all kinds.)
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 ½ cup almond milk (my preference) or water
Instructions
  1. Blend all three ingredients together until creamy.
