Focaccia Dipping Oil/Herb Mix

- 1 Tbsp. dried minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp. dried rosemary, crushed
- 1 Tbsp. dried oregano
- 2 tsp. dried basil
- 1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- ½ tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. coarsely ground pepper
- In a small bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Store in an airtight container in a cool dry place for up to 6 months.
- When ready to serve, combine 4 teaspoons herb mix with 1 tablespoon water in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Microwave, uncovered, on high for 10-15 seconds.
- Drain excess water and add ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper.
- Transfer to a shallow serving plate; add ½ cup olive oil and stir.
- Yield: ¼ cup
